Sounds like a bit much but its deeelicious and I only use a little of each spice. I pretty much eat this every night

The idea is to throw the garlic rose water turmeric and honey in with the rice and then steam the vegetables with a little onion ginger a touch of garlic. Then fry them with all the spices and extras mentioned. You can also add yoghurt to thicken the sauce.
You can even fry the rice with all that which ive never tried but may do tonight!! !!
Could you come teach me some cooking tips? It all sounds amazing!
