a wp app?

im wondering if there is a wp app? (specifically for iphones(hopefully not limited to ios 7.0 and up lol).
i saw a post on a request to have this site with a mobile web version option.(and i voted) but i think what im asking is different type of thing. i know theres some apps specifically for the forums on other sites. and i know of one (just cant remember the name), that collaborates all forums(but if i remember correctly, there has to be a verison made for the app to work (i think its taptotalk app, but im not certain).
but is there a app specifically for wp? i searched "wrong planet" and "wrongplanet" in the app store, but came up with totally unrelated results lol.
if not... would it be allowed if someone made the app for that? (ive never made an app(or anything for the iphone before lol) but i would want to try lol)

That would be nice--to have an "ap." I can't post from my phone, though I could from my tablet.

There seems no reason to make a version of the site exclusive to Apple devices when it already uses HTML - an open standard applicable to any browser, including Apple's.

cool beans. I use WP on my iPad all the time just fine. My droid is another story.
