Never had a situation end positively when I've disclosed. Now I just job hop until the jobs run out or I find a place that I can stick with for a while like my last job. I'm in job hopping phase atm. I hope it will end soon. I have identified what I need in a job and will now go looking for it specifically hopefully this will help.
