Problem viewing youtube videos on WP

Hi, can anyone help with this?

When someone posts a youtube link to a thread, I can't see it. Sometimes the first second I click into the thread I can see the box, but then it just goes the colour of the background thread (blue or green).

I have gotten used to the fact that if I see a large block of colour, someone has probably posted a youtube link. Then I have to hit 'quote' and copy the URL from their post and paste it into my browser, to bring up youtube and see what they posted.

Interestingly, when I hit 'quote' or 'reply' I can often see the youtube link in the review window below.

I am on an iPad if that makes any difference. This is really frustrating, so if anyone can help me resolve this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

I'd suggest downloading a different browser for your iPad. Using the generic Safari browser is not really ideal. I'd suggest something like Chrome or Firefox. I used Safari for Wrong Planet on my iPhone and had the same problem, but it went away when I switched it over to Chrome.

If all else fails, get rid of that stinky Apple product.

Thanks for the advice Makayla, I shall look into doing that. (Changing the browser, not getting rid of my favourite toy).
