I just realize I rejected my graphic design background, all for the unrealistic dream of being made in the entertainment biz. I realized the entertainment biz is not my forte, so I regret rejecting my other gifts.
I had this discussion with my dad before bed.
Yesterday I even said I wanted to be a TV actor someday. It must be great wanting to be an actor, but if I did, I'm not sure if I'll be doing it for reasons that would be right. I know it's usually a pretty awful job. If I made a career like that, how much success can I realistically expect?
I didn't mean to confuse anybody.
There is nothing wrong with going back to graphic design in the short term. Shoot, when I'm between IT contracts sometimes I have to work as a security guard.
Although, at this point, I'm considering over the road truck driving simply because I do like travel, highway driving, and it just so happens that it is in demand.
