Really hard to upload avatars for me.

I've always used 100x100 avatars on every place I go to. The only one that's gone through is my Haruhi one, and that's a JPG. Any others I try, I run into the whole 16 KB thing. It's getting really annoying because these images are only 100x100 and shouldn't have a problem going through. I really want to upload this one here:



I have no idea how to resize anything, and I'm afraid if I do, it's going to ruin the image or make it too small. I think something needs be done about this. I've never had this problem before, especially on other forums.

Edit: Never mind. I jsut resized it to 95 x 95 and it went through fine. I'll have to remember that next time I want to upload avatars here, I guess. ._.
