I think it's in the facial expressions. I've looked at all my palm cards, but I still don't get it. This is annoying, because I thought I was okay at expressions in general. Help?

Not that funny, from what I can tell.
Here's my take on it:

2nd frame, he's listening, not really paying attention.
3rd frame, he's considering her words.
4th frame, he seems unhappy or disappointed.

If the 4th frame is him in character, maybe he feels it's an unjust assessment.
If the 4th frame is him, the actor, maybe he's wishing he had as much luck as his character, though unlikely. So maybe he's just trying to make that kind of joke about it.

Celeb's hey. If they try to be funny and fail, the crowd laughs anyway.

It's not a very good joke, barely one at all. Her statement of "everything and everyone" of course can be interpreted as "had sex with everyone ", and the facial expressions are RDJ realizing that after she said it. It's funny IF you imagine his thought process as "hey, the way she said that, it means...oh dear". A very NT joke.

I have no idea. If you had not said it was a joke, I would not have even known it was supposed to be one. I don't even know if I would have figured out that the girl and the guy were supposed to be in a scenario together in I had not read the previous posts.

I'm not sure I get it, either, but I can explain the base of the joke:

Robert Downey Jr. plays Tony
the girl next to him play's Pepper, Tony's girlfreind
Tony is a playboy who's had a lot of partners

The joke is probably something about that.

it just goes to show you - some people who post things on the interwebz thinking they have a sense of humor, are wrong.

That last expression is actually smugness. So, in response to her sexual innuendo, he's basically saying, "Yeah, I don't care -- I'll take it as a compliment," with his face. He's not frowning -- his mouth IS doing that, but his eyebrows go up as they would in a surprised expression, and when you combine the two at once you get a smug "so what" expression. I don't find the joke particularly funny, but I understand the jovial atmosphere it creates for those involved. However, if the joke were delivered toward me, I would probably take a minute to get it because I'd have to unpack it first like I did right here, and then the moment would be gone. Also, while I can interpret it, I am pretty sure I cannot make that facial expression myself...
I initially thought his expression had something to do with Italian-American-ness... since Tony is an Italian name... but then I found the interview on Youtube and saw she was not using a New Jersey accent when she made the innuendo... which somehow disproved that... still, I've seen Italian-Americans use the smug facial expression way more than anyone else.

Was that Robert and Gwenyth? I would have never recognized them. I did not even get that when I read the names Pepper and Tony. He would have had to something about Ironman on for me to have put that in context and for me to have had a chance to recognize. And I think it may have even said something about Ironman but I totally missed it even thought I think I actually saw the word Ironman somewhere. Just shows how clueless I can be sometimes even with clues! :D

Maybe it's not actually funny.
