Which other states refuse to recognise same-sex marriage certificates that are valid in their home state?

These states have legalized same-sex marriage:
Massachusetts
Connecticut
Oregon
Washington
Iowa
Vermont
New Hampshire
New York
Maine
Maryland
Delaware
Minnesota
Rhode Island
New Jersey
Hawaii
New Mexico
Pennsylvania
Illinois

Also, the District Of Columbia {Washington DC} has legalized same-sex marriage, has had since 2010.

Colorado, Nevada, and Wisconsin are the only states that allow legal recognition of same-sex unions, but do not allow gay marriage. Instead, these states only allow domestic partnerships with marriage-like rights.

Indiana, Wyoming, and West Virginia prohibit gay marriage by laws that define marriage as a union of two persons of the opposite sex.
