Found this while randomly surfing. Test paper submitted by a grade 2 kid with autism.

Brilliant. Deserves an A+ or what? :D

Yeah, it's actually another way to interpret the question, which probably doesn't occur to most other people. My sister did the same kind of thing when she was in Year 1 or 2, too. I wonder why Y and Z are missing from the alphabet although I'm aware that they are not used in any of the six words. You could've posted this in the Random Discussion sub-forum.

^^^ I guess only a moderator can move it, otherwise I'd have to duplicate the thread.

I'm with Babybird.

I would have done exactly as the little boy did.

All three of us should get 'A's'.

:D Utterly Adorablel!! ! The info in the parenthesis doesn't really help though. It's like saying the same thing twice and according to the child, he DID follow the directions, but according to how he as an individual understood them. He danced properly to the beat of a different ear drum.
Nice handwriting as well! What was the outcome of this??

I took it the same way the majority of people would, hence why I was sitting there confused for a few minutes trying to work it out.
