Hey guys,
allow me to introduce myself - My name is Oliver, I'm currently 22 and I am from Austria (so please don't expect my English to be perfect). I have always known that I was different - I've always had obsessions/strange interests (currently it's certain rock bands, and it's always been cartoons, which even got me into animating), my gestures seemed weird to my peers , I've never been able to pick up on body language (I had no idea it was that important, I actually thought words were enough to communicate!) etc.

I recently did a lot of research on asperger syndrome - and it was uncanny - the symptoms pretty much described the majority of my personality. I got 2 friends to do the same amount of research and they are also quite sure about me being an aspie (And no, they are not just being jerks). Therefore, I am quite sure I am one...I'd like to get diagnosed, but unfortunately, there seem to be no asperger-experts here in Austria

Thanks, pal That's my new obsession as well. But it's more or less a side effect of the obsession with bands because after a few months I will eventually get tired of listening to the same songs over and over again ^^
