Article written by a career consultant to help educate employers who know next to nothing about the realities of Aspergers. It is fairly comprehensive, and in particular, urges employers to educate their HR people. That is sorely needed. There may be some value in printing this out and distributing it to HR in boxes if you have that opportunity.

It could be mailed too, of course...

Quite good! It has some value in overlapping audiences, too. I plan to share a copy with my family members who haven't explored AS too much and often rely on their knowledge about Sheldon Cooper more than what is fact.

Thanks for sharing!
