How do you guys get diagnosed? I'm too shy to go to a doctor

The only way you can get diagnosed is to go to a doctor.

You might be able to get an assessment at a graduate school of clinical psychology. You would be tested by a psychology graduate student and have less or no contact with a doctor.

2 other ways to get diagnosed actually:
1. have doctor come to you
2. have doctor do it over video (like skype or facetime)

I would suggest taking someone you trust to go with you into the appointment.

I just can't talk to other people, that's extremely painful to me, especially discussing such matters. Anonymous chat maybe ... I'll pay bitcoin.

What if you brought someone with you who knows you very well and could do the talking for you, like a parent or a sibling?

Well have friends by chance?

If not worse comes to worse you can have judge issue a court order forcing you.
Though the downside is if you fail to comply, you go to jail.
