As anyone who has taken antipsychotics before and suffered the symptoms of an internal, dysphoric restlessness, like a worm turning round and round inside your body, may attest, akathisia is pure torture. It would seem useful to me to employ it as a form of torture, the deliberate inducement of akathisia. Keep trying antipsychotics until you get to one that causes your victim restlessness and then keep giving it to them.
