Reminiscence (2021) Was an alright watch … I kept wanting to believe “she” was a good person … had to wait till the end to be sure …

Genre: American neo-noir science fiction thriller

Synopsis: Nick Bannister, a private investigator of the mind, navigates the darkly alluring world of the past by helping his clients access lost memories. Living on the fringes of the sunken Miami coast, his life is forever changed as he uncovers a violent conspiracy while trying to solve the mystery behind a client who disappeared.

American Horror: Stay Out of the Attic (2020) Was gripping …

Ex-cons working as movers fight for their lives after discovering their client is a Nazi scientist who experiments on children.

I'm hitting up Rosemary's Baby now.

I'm sure I read it around 1980 as well. I can't remember if I've seen it.

I think Rosemary's Baby was very good!

It is considered one of the best horror movies ever made!

Last night I watched Zardoz [1974]
Tagline: "Into a world of eternal life, he brought the gift of death"
Many of the films I enjoy are a bit strange. Internet lists of "strangest" films often include Zardoz. Even though I remembered it was "strange" I wasn't sure it qualified as a "strangest"...but it has been a long time since I last watched it. So, for some time I've been meaning to rewatch it. Verdict: It's strange, but I don't think it's top-five strange--even in our collection. But, I enjoyed it.

Sean Connery was one of the "Brutals"...and their outfits were horrid. Personally, I didn't think his performance was much better than his costume.

I did enjoy the costumes some of the women weren't wearing, though.

Malignant.

First rate horror film. A woman who had suffered several miscarriages in the past is physically attacked by her douchebag husband - who then is murdered by something. From there, she finds herself having visions of murders as they happen. The only connection between the victims and herself is that they had been doctors at a children's hospital where she had once been a patient.

There had been a couple other movies covering at least part of the same story, in particular, when Mary Shelly wrote Frankenstein, those being, Gothic, and Haunted Summer, in the company of Shelly, Lord Byron, her sister Claire, and Dr. Polidori.

Thank you! I'll check them out. I've been researching the Shelleys and Byron lately.

Tonight I watched this, which first terrified me as an 8 year old.
