What you've just said makes sense when we're discussing blame and guilt. When it comes to the negative impact on peoples' lives it actually makes it sound like placing the focus on racism enacted by white people is the right way to do things. Everyone's discriminating and everyone has guilty intent but the guy with the wifle-bat isn't a serious threat. It makes more sense to ignore him while using the majority of your energy on ensuring the guy with the real weapon doesn't cause too much harm.

Anyone can be racist, no matter which race they are.

It's sad to see racism still going these days, wish everyone would just accept not everyone is the same.

Whatever race or gender you are don't be racist that applies to everyone! Dont be racist to black people hispanic people Asian people or Arab people if your white and if your not white dont be racist to white people hispanic people Asian people or Arab people either its all BS we are all human we all began our roots in Africa the fossil record and genetic data proves it so racism is pointless!
