My gay uncle does not support me, a trans woman, at all

He will not help me move to California where I could take advantage of better opportunities and to finally get out of this transphobic state. He does not want to help put up any money toward transitioning. When I told him I was on SSDI, he said that I was not really disabled and that I was just "playing victim" and needed to "take charge of my life." Of course, he failed to realize that by signing up for SSDI, I was taking charge.

But still, his attitude toward me is just unfortunate.
