Hi new visitor here. Recently diagnosed asp at 30 after many years of being told I was "wrong" or "weird" before immediate discharge from the NHS and left to sit at home after a technical career of many years. I'm still adjusting from my previous life and finding it hard to adapt to these new surroundings.

I noticed the forum a little while ago and although I find the forum overly positive I want to try and get some feedback given my isolation for four years.

I consider myself very intelligent and judgemental, perhaps a narcissist but hope not to offend.
