I am going to a junior college this fall.

I was wondering,how I could transfer to a major,out-of-state,art college and when.

ALSO,What will I have to do since I want to be a creative writing, theatre, and art teacher at a college?

Yeah. But make sure that you do really well. Moreover, you should have your first choice of a transfer in mind, and contact them to see what credits they'll accept from your current school. There are a lot of times when Universities won't accept certain classes offered at community colleges.

Usually, the classes that don't transfer are technical/vocational classes. I am in Texas, and my academic classes transferred to universities in Idaho, Montana, and Hawaii.

Some classes won't transfer unless the University knows and trusts the original school. I know that my last undergrad school didn't accept linear algebra from community colleges.
