It's one of those days where I feel sad and bad memories are haunting me. What do you do to make yourself feel better when you have a bad day?

I go on YouTube, and listen/watch old baseball games, or old airchecks of music deejays from when I was a kid.

I also make sure I put my affairs in order, if they are disordered in any way.

I like to step outside and look at trees. They may seem dead and barren in the winter, but the green always comes back for the summer. Life is the same way. There are good times and bad times. The trees remind me that the sadness doesn't have to last.

The "online" hug is really not the same as the real hug--but it has its uses.

I think most people on the Spectrum enjoy hugs.

I'm not really big on hugs, but I appreciate the thought. :)
