A bad moderator is someone that acts like a dictator or someone that thinks they're a cut above everyone else. I was casual at modding and pretty much everyone was happy. The only reason I don't mod now is because this one bitchy girl (may I mention, a hitler with a pretty face) snapped me on intechnicalities.
yeah basically my idea is that mods dont play police, they play firefighter.
also, you shouldn't be proud of being a moderator as my criteria for picking moderators isn't based on how good of a moderator i think you'd be and more of randomness. Also, being a moderator isn't permanent. We used to have "permanent" moderators and they all got burned out.
but if a moderator overmoderates, i'll probably just fire him or something.
