I'm trying to think if there may be a connection with having Aspergers and height and weight. What do you think? Oh, and please answer honestly in the poll! Thanks!

I don't think there's any correlation. That's such an obvious thing that I think the scientists would have caught it by now if it were the case.

I'm 5 ft 4 and I weigh 205 lbs. Yes, I know. I've gained a little weight. I have mini goals set up, for me. My first goal is not to eat dinner, twice. One dinner or supper, either at my flat or my clubhouse, is good enough for me. I'll start with that goal, on Sunday. I'll look in my cookbooks for a healthy recipies and cook one to last the four evenings that I eat at home. I plan to cook a different recipie, each week.

5' 8" and 135# (62 kg). I've put on weight since I turned 33, but before had always been rail thin unless I was exercising (I got up to 150 just after boot camp, but lost it all in the 10 months of school after that when we didn't have time to exercise properly). I was off the charts (on the low end) the Navy used for body mass indication. According to them, I had a -13% body fat.

I am currently working on a new exercise program so I can hopefully burn the fat off and return to muscle mass. Hopefully in 3 months I will be at my target weight.
