Does anyone know of any courses in the Essex/London area that I can go onto improve my social skills as I think my social skills are severely lacking and I think that going on such course will improve my performance in job interviews

I dont know hwo old you are but haave you bene in touch with the national autstic socities prospects service they are based in london see www.nas.org.uk and use the search bar and type in prospectes.

There are psychiatrists who will do what is called "cognitive therapy" or "behavior modification" sessions with you. It's expensive, though.

There is a support group in essex called SAFE. There website is www.aspergers.org.uk
They run social skills groups but not sure the age groups!! ! Hope this helps
