So I hope I did this post right, technology repels me. So I was wondering how many of you get headaches in spring or summer due to too much light? I get them even when inside especially around spring and summer.

Yes, for me strong light is the main trigger for migraines.
Outdoors I usually need sunglasses even when most other people don't find it all that bright.

Yes. And sunny days in winter. Sunglasses help tremendously, but you have to be willing to be looked at funny by other people for wearing them at odd times, like indoors or when everyone else think it's cloudy.

I do. It's a misery. I think the heat also contributes to giving me a headache.

Worst is when I am in a parking lot with light colored pavement, it just blinds me. If it snowed much where I live, I would probably get headaches from that too.

I had some headaches too some time ago. My doctor told me to use the Scenar apparatus for home therapy (you can get some info on it from http://www.kalinka-store.com/catalog/14). And you know what? It helped me really fast and nice. I don't have such pain at all now.

Have you guys been tested for Irlen syndrome? The special lenses I wear for this have eliminated light triggered headaches completely.

I have headaches due to weather changes (at Fall it changes daily...) so I'd prefer to have 30 hot rather than snow/rain/sunny/clowdy lottery half a year.
I've been in Florida last Summer and it seems to be a bit too humid (90%) but rather nice. The only disadvantage - with such a wonderful weather, on the sohre of Gulf of Mexico there is absolutely zero desire to work. So I wonder how Tampa downtown is still not went bancrupt :-)
