There has been a lot of negativity on this forum lately. It's a real shame seeing people fighting, feeling sad, wanting to leave, thinking everyone hates them. So let's bring some much needed positivity to the forum in the Positivity thread! Let's show some love for one another, focus on the good things in life, have fun and be happy! :D

No negativity allowed.

Excellent idea! Thank you for that.

Something positive to say: I think the majority of WP members are nice and kind.

Something personal that I'm happy about: I'm visiting my family in September and that cheers me up.

Me and my mom went out today and had a good time. We saw a beautiful waterfall. There are so many beautiful things in this world :D

This is exactly what I hoped for!

I spent the weekend at the Utah Shakespeare Festival about 250 miles south of my home. Almost totally enjoyable except that I had failed to check out the kind of seating that Globe-like outdoor theatres would use. I ended up suffering a plastic stadium-style seat which cause me to leave during intermission when I couldn't remember what was said five minutes earlier by the actors. My physical disabilities make such experiences very bad.

Nonetheless, I enjoyed the drive, the hotel and the ancillary events like the backstage tour where we wandered behind the scenes within the three theatres. The students performed "Green Shows" every afternoon immediately before the nightly performances. Green Shows are equal parts singing, dancing, gymnastics and slapstick humor.

All very fun.

Wasn't it "I am the Eggman?"

Edit: Ohhhh, I get it now. Full-moon time.

Normally, I just feel so miserable, but staying up can be very soothing for me sometimes.

^ Are you in the UK/Europe? In the US, it's still July, isn't it? Here it's already ~7:30am Saturday.

The weather is going to be good today. I'm going to have a nice relaxing day.

Here are a few positive things on my mind atm:

- Every single person that I've met at WP has something nice about them. I like everyone here.
For the fact that I've been browsing and then posting here for quite some time, that is close to a miracle for me in regards to enjoying that many people in one forum!! !

- I'm looking forward to my big move soon. Although it will be quite new in surroundings and people..it'll be nice to be around new scenery, differences in the culture of the area, new creeks/waterfalls, and wildlife. :-)

- It makes me happy that I've been prescribed a medicine that is beginning to work for me. It's been worth the trial and error. Am looking forward to my moods to feeling more stabilized with possibility of continuing with less meltdowns.

^ Glad to hear all that.

One of my mother's friends is 83 years old and still plays tennis. Stories about healthy old people cheer me up.

Same! It's great how people are now living longer and also being able to enjoy life in their later years! :D
