Soon turning 16 and want to get a job

In late August I will be turning 16. By then my school would have started again and I'd be allowed to apply for a work permit and would like to get a job so I no longer need to ask my family for money. My grades in school are subpar and I will be trying this up coming school year to keep them up. I was hoping some of you with work experience can give me some suggestions on which jobs may suit us aspies. During that school year I will be enrolled in a Social skills class for people with mental disorders. This will hopefully allow me to work in fields that require more social skills than I currently have.

What places in your area hire teens with no experience? Fast food and stores in nearby malls are likely the places to start.

Luckily my school has a work experience program in which I can refer to my school as a past employer. I will however ask my school psychiatrist for recommendations on which jobs should suit me.
