Hey Gang,

Still riding high on the fact I got a job I talked with somebody whom has been involved with my (mis)adventures with VR and my job placement person since day one, so today the both of us came to the realization that the job placement person really wasn't helping out with anything nor was he bringing anything good to the table. So the person whom has been helping me through the VR maze called up my case worker and outlined everything and told the person at VR that we said no customer service/retail/warehousing jobs (I was quite vocal about that) and that we thought everybody was on the same page at a meeting we had this past month and that this week my job placement guy was providing leads for garment inspector/clothes hanger and jobs in the city that are not in the fields I want to explore (office/admin broadcasting) and wanting more information about the type of work I will be doing. So with my approval & supervision he gave the official notice to VR that I no longer need his services. To which my VR caseworker was kinda confused as to why he's still pushing customer service/retail/warehousing on me despite me saying I'm not interested in those fields (I honestly don't need help getting those jobs if I should explore them) & that he doesn't need that information as that I am to report that directly to my case worker at VR. So that's where things stands as of the end of this week
