What does it mean when people post a blank reply?

on a recent thread I did I got 3 replies in a row that were blank with no text. Does this mean something or is their comments just not coming through on my side? I found out on accident a while ago that people can sometimes hide there text on different websites by writing in white but this wasn't the case here.

Those posts contained YouTube videos. Sometimes it takes time for them to appear, sometimes you might need to refresh your browser to make them appear.

actually I'm still having some problems, it might be something wrong on my side. I even went to some other video threads and nothing comes up after multiple refresh's. how long does it usually take for the videos to show up?
