Can you even imagine what their pup would look like?

I'll take my sedative now, and should be lights out in about 4 hours.

Maybe I'll refrain from further poetic endeavours.

Or maybe I'll write limericks for Rals.

*Looks under shamrocks for an umbrella*

Oh, almost forgot - Sleep well! Hope you don't hear a clatter out back.

/\Congrats.
I sleep with an air purifier, electric blanket, fan,( I like to sleep in an unheated room),Gregorian chant , weighted blanket, tons of pillows,Ativan and indica, and a window with the stars.
Sleep has always eluded me. Glad I finally can.

You're my spirit lizard:

I sleep with: Sublinox (it's a GABA thing, similar to Ambien), a nightmare med, NAC, Magnesium, a 20lb weighted blanket as well as countless duvets and faux-fur throws (no top sheet), six pillows (two of which must be memory foam, but the others not -- although they're specific too and very expensive), six blindfolds layered one on top of the other because they fall off but I'm also dependent on the sensory feel of elastic at the back of my head), a custom-made mouthguard which is missing right now and I'm going cuckoo because it feels weird (sensory) not to use it, 35 db foam earplugs, total darkness, no digital clock, a glass of water beside me, and my dog on my legs.

I didn't have the Sublinox so I've been doing Clonazepam. Painkillers keep me awake, and Quetiapine knocks me out for like ten hours, which I can't do because the pets will wake me up at 8 am and I'll never get back to sleep. The Clonazepam will catch up with me in a couple of days and I'll come on here being really depressed. It always does that and makes me super depressed a few days later.

Wait for it ...
