The HR lady calls you in to talk about an incident that happened a couple weeks prior( long story, but I was caught in the middle of a feud the painters have with a couple of the body techs)...HR got involved, and long story short, the painters are actually making an effort to treat me like a part of the team more( I have been learning how to do more things)...Well, the lady in charge of HR is a very nice woman( She has a grandson with Asperger's) and for the next few weeks or so will be meeting with me for 30 minutes a week just to see how things are going with me. She has given me some things(minor issues) I need to address( most have been discussed with my counselor) and she even asked for his name and phone number in case she needs his advice! At the end, she even told me she foresees a good long career with the dealership for me! Never have I heard THAT before LOL
