As a plant operator I have built up a number of qualifications over the years, these expire every 5 years unless you keep a log book of hours worked,where and doing what,these then need to be validated by a health and safety manager. This isn't something I have kept up for no real reason probably just part of who I am or the fact that my anxiety prevents me from approaching people, I also had a breakdown last year just before my diagnoses and have only just returned to work at a new company, my problem now is my qualifications expiry date is imminent and if they do expire it costs thousands to take them again. Has anybody dealt with cpcs about similar or know if they help people with autism/anxiety?
