Looking to role models for what not to do

I don't look to role models for what to do. I see somebody use a tone of voice or something that disgusts me and I swear to check myself if I do that and stamp it out.

I kind of do that as well. I find horse noises annoying, so I avoid making them. Same with seeming apathetic. I hate when people seem apathetic, so I'm trying to learn how to not seem apathetic. Chris Chan is a good anti-role model.

Interesting concept. Positive reinforcement and negative reinforcement use together will always be more efficient than one used on its own.

I'll keep it in mind if I ever reach a level of awareness that I can identify what people are doing well enough to decide whether I like it and then identify it in myself... Not currently anywhere near being able to do any of this. But good idea.
