*sigh* I leave for two weeks, come back and can hardly recognize the site.
Could somebody pleeaase explain what happened? What's with the Phoenixes and Veterans, and what the heck are those white boxes for?

Please. I'm so confused

Alex did a lot of fiddling about. The boxes specify rank, Ie how many posts you have made scale. And dont worry, he broke the reply button a few days ago
