Mine's SpongueBob Square Pants from the move SpongueBob Square Pants.

I guess mine has to be Doctor Who.

(I just had a thought - I can make a "Sonic Screwdriver"... now. Well, nearly. I can see how to make a device that will drive screws with sound alone. I wonder it the TV series would like my design?)

The Doctor from Doctor Who, Optimus Prime (the original, not any of these craptacular imposters borrowing his name), or DCI Gene Hunt from Life On Mars (and soon Ashes To Ashes).

Why? Well, I like the Doctor's quirky, yet occasionally badass nature, I think Optimus Prime is someone I could aspire to be like, morality-wise (although Megatron is also an influence, paradoxically :P). And DCI Hunt is just so gloriously offensive about everyone and everything that he makes me laugh every damn time I see him.

I don't have a favorite since I don't really watch shows with characters in them. Though I do like the character Dr. House in the tv show titled: House. I would like to see Dr. Who but don't know what times it comes on in CST and what channels.

you know you can edit posts, and even delte them if nobody else has looked at them!
There is definitely something about Dr Who - I paticularly like the last 2, since they have been more up to the time of when I watched them, I did like Tom Baker and John Pertwee as well though...
They have even filmed some Dr Who spinoff at my Uni, Dr Who - Downtime

I don't watch that much TV though, I don't need to - books run somewhat as films in my mind anyway (try reading Star Wars with a mind like that - it makes all of the actual films look somewhat pale)
