HR 347 is the law regarding obstruction of the official political process, which seems to come with Secret Service protection. Up to ten years in Federal Prison.

Obstruction and disruption seem broad.

Blocking a speech by yelling Bernie! Bernie! Bernie! seems covered.

Rallies are protected private events, as are Conventions, and a needed part of our Political Process.

The same actions would be illegal at a Church or Rock Concert, getting on stage and taking the mike, chanting Satan, Satan, Satan, except at Death Metal Concerts.

There is not right of protest or of free speech in the galley at Congress, White House Tours.

Permits are required and there are designated protest areas in the public spaces.

You cannot come in my house and be protected because you are chanting, Vote Hillary or Die!

I am sorry that Reality, Civilization, and National Laws trigger your feelings, deal with it, or someone will deal with it for you.

At the bottom, it lists presidential candidates as protected persons, and the building where they are.

Trump is as covered as Obama.

In general, protests are allowed, across the street, in a designated zone, that does not block sidewalks or roads.

That requires a public space being available. It may be blocks away.

Protests within the building where a protected person is are a Federal crime.

The Right of Freedom of Speech does not include obstructing or disrupting the functions of Government.

That includes candidates for President who have been granted Secret Service protection.

No, protesters don't get beat up at a hillary, bernie, cruz, kasich, or rubio rallies. That's the point.
And if one *ever* were, *no one* would be cheering and supporting the aggressor. Especially not the presidential candidate.
Verbally condemning does not equal beating senseless.

These people are terrorists...

That was an inevitable claim; anti-trump=terrorist.
And since under trump rule, we can torture and kill "terrorists" and their families...
