is NLD on the autistic spectrum?

I read on the web page of an organization for NLD kids that NLD is like Asperger's except that kids with NLD want to have friends, unlike kids with Asperger's.

Yeah, felt very frustrated after reading that.

NVLD can be said, perhaps, to be a "close cousin" to Asperger's.

I feel that it is very similar and sorta related to autism but definitely not the same thing. I feel Schizoid personality is another cousin
