He clearly deserved it and probably more. It would be nice to see the perp pay for his own incarceration, though.

The a-hole probably didn't give a care that he slapped an autistic child.

probably the State case was in and the class of the offender.
Isn't Turner in Cali? He was that creepy drunk frat rat that found a drunk girl passed out and was...doing "things"? That the one? I barely register it in the vomit that spews from our media daily.
Also was she "vulnerable " status? That also affects sentences.

What a creep. But this school system is like that. It's why I homeschooled 2015-2016

The perp is obviously scum because of what he did, but let's be careful to judge perps by their actions, not by their appearances.

The mitigating factors in the sentence were that the bus driver was white but the aggravating factors were that he wasn't rich, privileged, and a member of a college sports team so that's why the courts demanded a longer sentence.

How does no one stop this from happening. A Autistic child on a bus sounds like the worst plan. I mean Noise, People all in a Tight environment. Especially School buses. buses are crazy!! First of all Why doesn't A. The bus driver stop the bus, And See what happened or even ask anything and why does know one point this out after like the first time. Not, to mention why didn't the kid say something about this. If he was

The defendant was said by his attorney to have a mental disability himself. If so, shouldn't the school district have thought putting this man in that job wasn't a great idea in the first place?

11m, 10d in the slammer, but a life sentence on unemployment. Good riddance.
