Learn to cook your own food. I can eat a much wider variety of foods if I cook it myself. I can easily leave stuff I out that I won't eat.

If you have such problems maybe you have problems with hormones? For example I had HGH deficiency, and I made special therapy. Now I feel much better, and my weight is normal. If you interested, visit [url=https://www

Just what I was looking for. I have lost 25 lbs and look like a skeleton sometimes. I am 5'7" and now weigh 125 lbs, once upon a time I was 150lbs, I am setting a goal to get back to it.

Did you go to the doctor to talk about it because losing weight like that is not really normal if your a healthy adult.

You have problems with gaining weight. It could be a sign of hormonal disbalance. To make it clear have a free online consultation with a specialist on the site of our clinics.com

Nuts are at best 15g protein/pr 600-700 calories, and nuts have a protein absorption rate of 50-60%, on top of that they have an incomplete amino acid profile. Nuts are horribly ineffective protein sources.

Compare that to chicken or greek yoghurt which is 20g/pr 100-120 calories, with an absorption rate of 100% + a complete amino acid profile.

I'm not the only one who recommended nuts/nut butters but ok pal ... o_O
