I don't understand Boo, just because none else likes her it doesn't mean that she should like you. It is true that you sound quite narcissistic here. If she doesn't find you attractive she just doesn't, it can't be helped.
However she sounds like a total jerk for accusing you of pretending just because you had the guts to tell her what you feel. Sounds like she is a bad friend, you lose nothing of value.
