Spell check

When I Write a post in this forum, almost every Word is underlined With red, and a lot of the first letters in the Words automaticly changes to Capital letters. I'm pretty sure this is because my spell check is set on the Norwegian Language. I don't remember where I can change this, is it in Windows some where, or is it in my browser (internet Explorer)? Can anyone help me...

Looks like it's in Settings > Manage add-ons > Spelling Correction. (By settings, I mean the gear symbol in the top right corner of the window.)

No, I couldn't find it there, but thanks anyway, because I tried searching in windows for spell check, and then I found it just now!! Its under settings> change pc settings> pc devices> writing
