Before Vevo & Warner Bros. put their logos on video thumbnails, before the rise of various indie musicians turned professionals, music videos were a bit different...

Yeah, I couldn't think of a better way to start off yet another nostalgia-centric thread. Anyways, my first choice for music videos from before February 14, 2005 is "Subdivisions" by Rush from 1982.

Favorite individual music videos are Alice in Chains' "Them Bones" and "Rooster", Aaron Neville's cover of "The Grand Tour", Soundgarden's "Black Hole Sun", Lonestar's "Amazed", Metallica's covers of "Turn the Page" and "Whiskey in the Jar", and Tracy Chapman's "Give me one Reason". Best concert film of all time hands down is The Eagles' 1994 Hell Freezes Over reunion concert.
