shrimp and eggs, I also like that

There's a dish that we sometimes have for breakfast, it's shrimp (boiled) with some sliced onion and tomatoes, salt, oil, pepper, and don't remember what else. Yummy!
Serve it with fried beans and some tortillas, a little bit of salsa, and you're in heaven

Yes, ceviche is something I associate with home. We get all the kinds. Peruvian, Costa Rican, Cuban, etc. The seafood is not as fresh in Florida obviously unless it's from the Gulf.
