That's stunning! I can afford $725/mo. But thanks for letting me see it anyway. :D

My daughter. Did you see our dog lying in the middle of the living room floor, as well?

Yes I saw your dog, that's how I know your life is totally perfect. :)

Are the walls really curved like that or is that the photography?

I got it! That'll be our new aspie colony. :D Now let's see, $350,000 divided by 11,000 = $31.82. I bet we can each come up with $31.82. Now then, all we gotta do is divide the calendar ... um, how about a month for our fearless leader Alex, that leaves 11 months for 11,000 people = 1,000 people a month, or about 250/week.

We may have to bring some tents.

Sounds lovely. Unfortunately I don't have $350,000 and I'm stuck where I am for now.

What's your new job?

You want to leave this place??? There's no job in Honolulu that you can do mostly from home and requires only occasional travel? Can you at least keep this place long enough for me to get that $350.000 together? :? (That will be about 10 years - optimistic estimate.)

The Big Island is where all the good geological stuff is.

Wow. That's most people I know would call a dream home. Why leave? And on the aspie colony comment...that's the same thing I was thinking. Unfortunately I need a high-paying job and another 348k.......344k if I sell my trailer and every thing I own....

This island is a wonderful place to work, but my obsession is medical research, and I've been fortunate enough to find a boss that likes me, so I'll be starting work as a cancer research nurse in a few weeks. Hope to find a small condo in Honolulu to replace this house.

It is a dream house for an aspie because of the peace and solitude, and the climate here is perfect for those with touch sensitivity, which is one of the reasons I posted it here :) No heating or air conditioning, just the constant perfect 72 degree gentle trade winds...

We're looking for a new house and I will add yours too my dream list. I'm afraid a 3 bedroom bungalow in the suburbs costs that much in Southern Alberta. That's Canadian dollars! As long as I'm married to my husband though, it ain't gonna' happen. I am stuck here, on the bald, wind-swept prairie.
