Hello! New here!
Hello!
I am not entirely sure as to whether or not I definitely have Asperger's Syndrome, for I have never actually been diagnosed, but I can relate almost in full to its description. I just think it is so excellent that a site like this exists! It is fantastic! To be able to have such a large community here online, where communication seems to be so much easier!
So... well, hello! I hope everyone is having a nice day - or night, as the case may be!

Hmmmm? Where to start?
Hi, I am Ghosthunter. I am HFA, not
AS so I learn from you folks in the AS
realm. So I will start a train of thought
and Cool! another Austrailian. Elfman
(HFA), Postperson(AS), and a score of
others would probly want to talk to you.
1)...You are not alone here, there are many
Austrailian's here on this site
2)...What are these symptoms that
you can describe?
3)...Oooh! Welcome to WrongPlanet!
4)...What do you like to do. Australia
is quite different than the U.S.
Welcome to WrongPlanet,
From...Ghosthunter
Hello! Thank you to everyone for the welcome's!

Hi, Ghosthunter! Thanks very much! I guess I probably wouldn't say symptoms as such, but my overall behaviour holds many similarities to AS, and always has - it's just that I've not had a name for it until recently! Really, most of experiences have to do with social situations, and difficulty communicating with/understanding people, not being able to predict reactions, not knowing what to say, having very 'intense' interests, etc. I'm sorry, I'm really rambling!
Thanks again for the welcome!

Ah hmm, Alli, are you who I think you are? If not, Postperson and myself are both Western Australians, Postperson not so much as she moved here from over east. But for all intents and purposes, that's where she currently lives.

Hello! I am afraid that I am not all that sure if I am who you might think I am, but it is very much a surprise and a pleasure to see that there are other Western Australian's here! Nice to meet you, and thank you very much for the welcome!

Hmmmmm?
What behaviours do you exhibit,
since you addressed them as
behaviours?

Hello again! San Francisco must be an interesting place to live!
I guess my behaviours would mostly be having difficulties interpreting things that people are telling me, never knowing what to say or when to say it, not knowing what tone/facial expressions to use, generally having trouble communicating with people in real life, and not understanding reactions that people have, or how those reactions have managed to come about. I also tend to get fairly stuck in to certain interests, like books, or art, for example, and I guess that I can be a bit obsessive about them!

Hmmmm? let's see! They are a bit weird but
here goes......!
•Hauntings
•Ghosts
•Comic Book(10¢ covers from1930's-1961)
•Studied Wicca, and hung around
New Age types(learned about tarot,
runes, candles, ect....)
•I have had a unuseral sexual path that
most haven't followed and I thank the
god and goddess that I survived to
be a bit wiser, and to this day I wonder
why?????
•Some obsessions were Roman coin art,
Scottish Coin art, Heraldic art, and
cartooning deeper themes for broader
understanding.
•I am very organized and follow my
instinct, not my eye's. What I feel
say's more than what always I see.
Hmmmmm?
San Francisco?
•It is Big and small at the same time, so
don't be clausterphobic living here.
•diversely unuseral and well separated.
•Each area of uniqueness is different
than the other, and they usually don't
meld as one.
•Expensive, let's say to rent mathematics
is Rent($600 for a room in a house)x3 is
your earned income.
•You are never without people, so be careful
not to be in a overextension emotional
state when you walk around. And especially
be aware of the cabs.
Hmmmmm?
That's all that comes to mind right now.
Where do you live? What do you do?
What are your hobbies and interests
since they often reflect one's life path?
Hmmmm?

Actually, those are really interesting! I
really liked your descriptions of San Francisco,
too, especially as being big and small at the
same time! It sounds like a unique sort of
place. I live in Perth, Western Australia,
which I suppose is rather small, compared
to most cities. Western Australia is also quite
a dry, hot place, but it still has a nice character
to it, especially in the country areas, which can
be really lovely and quiet.
My main hobbies and interests are impressionist
art, literature, drawing, and reading.

What do you like to draw? For me it was heraldic
designs, B-Sides of coins, and cartoons for
note taking purposes!
What do you like to read? For me it is technical
and dissective topics like Harry Potter, Histories
if I am in the mood for that topic. If it is design
and hidden languages it would have been upto
this point heraldry, ancient coin art and their
correlation to history and language!
If it is haunted housed, ghosts, paranormal
investigations, and the macabre it is always
a driving passion in one form or another
depending on that time in my history.
For example, "Captain McClueless and the
Ghosthunter" ©95' for illustrations of
Parapsychology notes, Audio and Video
of Parapsychology and ESP research backed
up by texts for early study 1880's(Societies of
the time and theories) to 1990's toolbox
investigations and captures on film and
audio captures. Hmmmmm?
Hope to hear from you soon!
Ghosthunter!
