Okay, now that I can tell you this in private, Topeka has a guy-friendly demographic. Yes, seriously, the female-population over there out-numbers the male-population ! And not by a mere tiny margin either. Let me quote the Wikipedia that cites this information from a 2010 census...

One of those web-sites had a million visitors a month whilst the other had only a hundred visitors a day (equivalent to 3000 visitors monthly). This entrepreneur got his friend with the million visitors web-site to agree to advertise his book on his web-site.
Want to guess how many sales were generated after a full month of advertising ? ONE.
Then he decided to try advertising on the other site, one that was on-topic with the information contained in his book with what he was trying to sell, and the result turned out to be (according to him) a 37% conversion-rate.
That one time when I passed through the Topeka-area, less than an hour had passed, and I had already been looked at by at least three different, very beautiful young girls who looked and smiled at me on their initiative, and I would even go so far as to say that their on-average physical-beauty is able to even be competition to Eastern-European females !
Let us become buddies, move to Topeka or Holton or somewhere near or around that area in Kansas together, perhaps even recruit other brothers to help join me/us on my/our mission(s) ! I have a few more months or so before my contract here in South Dakota expires, and I hope I can get a car by then (previous one broke down on me one day), I can teach you guys how to train/condition yourselves to be attractive to the females, and I can get back into living my own life instead of having all of this interference into my life from my mother never being able to do anything herself and of course the Police-State USA of the corrupt County of Fall River over here in sheeple-ville South Dakota (good god, this ignorant flag-waving «veteran» town, I tell you, they still think Putin is a bad guy).
How about it ? All of us can pool our resources together, perhaps buy our own property, then build our own custom-designed guild-house. All I ask is that you guys keep the place neat, tidy, and clean and organised. We can decide what kinds of rules, ahem, I mean guide-lines need to be set in place for compatible guild-membership. Like, I do not smoke nor drink alcoholic-beverages nor do any drugs so I would prefer the same of my guild-members, I prefer to recycle anything that can be recycled, and to have the place be highly organised (such that it might even look like a professional office-products retail-store level of organisation). Any other guys who come across this post of mine are welcome to P-M me to try and make arrangements (well, I guess I can accept girls as well to join our project, but I have yet to finish laying out the expectations and guide-lines for my guild-charter, which I shall then later on upload onto the guild-section of my web-site, and when I say guild-section, I am talking about we actually having an actual real-world guild, not one of those on-line guilds that are meant for multi-player computer-games).
