Kellyanne Conway blames media for death threats

She says she is now under Secret Service protection, because she's been receiving death threats including a package with suspicious white powder inside. She blames these death threats on the media's "unfair" campaign against Trump:

She's coming close to implying that the media incited these death threats, which implication could in the future be used to justify suppression of free speech.

Some media outlets have been on a virtual witch hunt when it comes to Trump and his staff, stirring up and feeding animosity. Since when has sensationalist yellow journalism been acceptable?

While death threats are never acceptable, Conway should know everyone in politics attract nutjobs who sputter threats, which over 99% of are just hot air.
