depends on whether you choose a diet [sugar-free] variety or not. the fat-free ones make up for not having fat by doubling down on the sugars. the ones that are both fat and sugar free are an acquired taste.

I used to eat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream a lot when I was younger and thinner (the thinness lasted maybe ten minutes), but now I usually eat real ice cream. I guess I just don't care about my weight and appearance of if I get weight related diseases anymore, or I just got tired of living in fear of gaining weight and seeing food as the enemy.

all things considered, sugar-free is best.
