I'd like to have a consuming interest. I had some when I was younger (dinosaurs and history). I feel a bit lost and empty without a specific interest.

I have never really had a special focus. My interest base is pretty broad and unfocussed. Mainly I just read whatever looks interesting, and build a general knowledge base on what I read. I often extrapolate a lot of specific information based on this, which is pretty reflective of my thinking style. Kinda absorb the information without paying specific attention, and then recall it linearly, one thought leading onto another until I recall what is needed.

I am like Danlo on this fluxuating interest
perspective. I switch, obsess, switch to
another obessession, and then return
refreshed when I return to to prior.

And Danlo, I hope your still speaking
to me still. I was going through
a change, and still am, thus can be
tempermental. What I will also say is
"I HAVE NO PROBLEM, WHAT SOEVER
BEING QUESTION BY YOU", as a matter
of fact I enjoy it. All you did wrong
was the timing. So please don't take
the past tense as a constant.

I still have to say this to Auttie34 as well.
When I get fiesty, I get fiesty, and
things are back to normal.

Thankyou Auttie34 and Danlo for wanting
to talk to this sometimes fiesty HFA'r.

Of course I am still speaking to you! Did you read my post on the thread in question? It takes uber-much to upset me, my friend. Did I correctly surmise that the anger was only directed at the questions I was asking, that you considered already answered? At any rate, based on such a premise, how could said comments be taken personally? When I read and post, it is like the saying: Always read someone's words with a pinch of salt (not verbatim). Except the salt is a metaphor for: The intent is not aggressive or an attack, but benign and made in good spirit.

After HS ended, I lost interest in most of my interests. . .I read somewhere that interest peaks when stress levels peak, so I guess that may be true b/c I have been living a very stress free life since I graduated. . . .Right now I am def. interested in WP and AS, but I used to balance 2 or 3 at one time. :?
