How was your week so far?

2)...Statements by Ghosthunter!
I just spent Monday to Wensday at
my Grandmothers. This is where
the phonecall to my mother happened.
I caught the train at 10am. I arrived
here at 11:30am. I went to Border's
until 4pm to catch on the ongoing
saga of "As the WrongPlanet Turns"
and see if I missed anything interesting.
2pm to 3pm I secured a room in a
hostel for 2 nights. I recieve my
paycheck on Friday. I have a item
on hold until Monday 6/13 that I
deposited in the bank. This will
allow me greater flexibility in
other decisions.
I find out at the courthouse the
"Banner Waving" ticket is invalid.
Hmmmmm? All that city hall
mystery and drama for nothing?
At least I have a out for San
Francisco once I leave Quizno's
and find a new home for school
purposes.
I am now winding down all
online transactions by midnight.
Hmmmm? Interesting fact!
The Starbucks on 9th and
Howard, also Powell and O'Farrell
are now 24 wifi spots. Hmmm?
Fascinationing Captain!
This is all for now on this topic.
Ooooh! I changed my Bank
Statements address to Sunnyvale
so they are retrievable.
I brought out all my comics
for interior space comfort.
Here is my small collection
so far!
Action Comics #27gd ©40'
Green Hornet Comics #21gd/vg ©44'

This is what I consider a starter
collection to grace my new home
and expand upon.
Otherwise, the letting go
of Quizno's and a few paychecks
saved from Quizno's and what is
officially cleared in my bank
that is currently on hold until
Monday, and all is ready to go.
Sincerely,
Ghosthunter

Ever week sucks in this town if you don't have a car. We can thank the car theives for that!
For now my life is work work work study study study, sleep, repeat.
In the end of July my lease expires, so I have to find some roommates or somewhere else to live. Action will be required, and dealing with potential roommates and landlords is a huge headache!
I'm glad to hear everything is progressing for you, Ghosthunter. I was reading your post about the Aspergian girl at Borders. I don't know if I've EVER met anyone with AS...if I did, I didn't know it.

How was your week so far?
On monday and tuesday I was a bit anxious because I was to take an oral exam yesterday and I had not revised enough.
But on Tuesday afternoon, I learnt that it had been postponed.
Yesterday I revised for my exam and browsed the web. At some point a friend of my parents went to visit them, so I slipped discretly into my room and decided to listen to music on my bed. I fell asleep until dinner time. ![]()

again? I forgot, sorry!
What is your favorite relaxing music
in that scenerio?
Hmmmmmm?
Ghosthunter
The music was a Scala and the Kolacny Brothers CD. (Their first one, entitled Scala on the Rocks.) It's a girl choir. They sing famous pop and rock songs.
My exam is an oral exam on literature. We' ve got to study A Streetcar named Desire, Paradise Lost, and Dubliners. But we're going to be tested on one book only...that's up to chance.

Rent here is extremely variable depending on how far from the campus the apartment is located. My current rent is $270 + utilites. The reason I need roommates is that a single-bedroom apartment is too expensive whereas a multiple-bedroom apartment is cheaper (per room). I want to keep the rent below $300.
1st... I like your formatting style, but I don't want use it all the time because it is your trademark. It makes a message distinctly Ghosthunter-style.
3rd... Well, that would be great, except they never caught the culprit. It will go unsolved and leave me forever extra-paranoid. I don't live in a bad area, so whoever took it had the theft pre-planned/pre-meditated. Likely a friend of a resident of my apartment complex!! ! DAM* THEM ALL TO HADES!! !
I also enjoy corresponding with you, so keep on rockin' GH-style!

My week started out good, but deteriorated last night into an argument with my boyfriend. He changes his mind about ideaologies, philosophies, beliefs, which pubs he likes, which people he likes etc on an almost daily basis, which I find very confusing and frustrating, being fairly static in my views and likes/dislikes as I am. I don't understand why or how people can be so fickle in their thoughts, and it makes me confused and angry.
Feeling a bit better now though. The weather today is beautiful.
My week is going surprisingly well but I'm afraid that could change very quickly, if I'm not careful. I took a three day vacation at the beginning of the week which involved alot of driving (I was on "high-alert" for fear of having an accident) which involved alot of unfamiliar highway driving, which is (for me) very stressful. The actual vacation was nice but I have not had very much sleep this whole week and have had way too much interaction with other people which always overloads me. All in all I am (so far) handling it all quite well. I just hope nothing "jumps up and bites me in the @$$" as something even very small but off the normal routine can send me into a tailspin. ![]()
How has my week been?
Well, it's been interesting to say the least. The nasty migranes I was getting from adjusting back to life at home have dissapeared.
At work I have met some interesting people to say the least. I can't help but get upset and angry when I'm at work though because I can't help but think of all the times I was screwed over there and the fact that I still come back for more.
Despite my previous line of thinking, my co-workers at work as I found out last night are all aware of my tourettes, in particular, my verbal tics. One person upon asking told me that my tics and autistic tendancies tend to flucuate depending upon how much stress I was under that particular night. The really stressful nights I appearently was pretty bad.
Also, talking with the guy who is schizotypal, I gained some new insight into my childhood. Having listening to him talk about his childhood, and using his perspective to look back at mine, I realize from what I previously thought that my childhood was more or less constantly filled with anxiety over things, especially things I had never seen before. This will help greatly in any future encounters I might have with profressionals who work with autism/AS.
That's been my week so far.

I live my life to prove wrong those who said I couldn't make it in life...
My week was probably one of the most active I've had in a long time. I just called the doctor for a consultation on AS, so I am quite nervous and anxious about it (although not overloading, thank goodness.) At the begining of the week, I thought I was going to get a job unloading beer trucks through my temp agency, something I was looking forward to, as it sounds like a inpersonal and hence suitable job for me. Unfortantly, that never went through as the temp agency kept screwing around for some reason. Arggh. But yesterday night they called and told me to come in today as they had a new job for me at my old place of employment. So I came in and they had me do a drug test, and I was worried about my prescribed concerta med's setting off the amphetamine dectors, but they didn't, so whew! If they did, I would have to get more complex drug testing to make sure it was the concerta. . .arghh. The only thing I am worried about is that the plant is an incredibly social place as it is quite filled with people
who all know me from my parents (in childhood) and I don't reconize most of them, so that is extremly stressful for me. . . .I'll just see what happens. The pay is quite good for the work (9/hr for cleaning/maintance!) so I'm just gonna have to take whatever comes my way.

Statements by Tom!
My week was ok, I handed in the last of my uni work, the term is over now.
I spent a lot of time hanging around in my comic shop. The guy who owns had has some graphic novels printed, and he knows Alan Moore, Neil Gaiman, and Will Eisner! Do you like their books Ghosthunter?
