Even though he's had limited screen time I'm goner go with Tom Holland. I also like Josh Keaton and Andrew Garfield.

I only know film portrayals of Spider-Man. Tom Holland sounds good.

Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

Don't know much about the others although I am looking forward to seeing Tom Holland in Spider-Man: Homecoming when it opens in July.

In an interview, Holland stated that when he is old enough, he wants to be considered for James Bond and Batman.
