Up and down, high/low, doubts fears....

Suggestions to reduce the anxiety?

Double timing the special interest which helps,

Any thoughts welcome!

If you are pre-assessment try and not to worry too much about it. Put it on the back burner if you can.

Doubts and fears are the worst part, but what will be, will be.

I'm in the same boat , so be like me and annoy the entire forum with any question / query you have about ASD :lol:

Does it reduce the anxiety ? sometimes it does , sometimes it doesn't but it doesn't seem to get worse while I'm here.

Agree, safe place to vent! Wish bit more back to basics for us newbies, can be a bit intense here at times, be nice to focus on the obvious positives, there are some great personalities here, everyone is interesting.
